Second offense (within 5 years) – 30 days

Subsequent offense (within 5 years) – 1 year

2) Fines:

First offense – $250 to $1,000

Second offense (within 5 years) – $1,000 mandatory

Subsequent offense (within 5 years) – $2,000 mandatory

3) License Suspension (additional):

First offense – An additional period or 1 year

Second offense (within 5 years) – An additional period of 2
years

Subsequent offense (within 5 years) – Permanent license suspended

These revocation periods are to begin after the offender has been released from imprisonment.
